partypokercom
I am certainly no student of the game of partypokercom, but when comparing the "best partypokercom players of all time" posts on this site with "the best partypokernet books" posts on this site, there seems to be, other than Cloutier and Brunson, very little overlap. I'm sure I'm missing some others who appear on both lists, but I'm also pretty sure there are popular book writers who do not appear on the partypokercom greats list. Why is that? Butch Harmon, Tiger Woods golf coach, isn't a top golfer because he just doesn't have the talent. But I would think partypokercom is different. If you know enough about pot odds, tells, bank roll management, etc... to write a great book, why doesn't that translate into that person being one of the partypokercom greats?
